Milton’s summer kickoff extravaganza is fast approaching, and the musical entertainment has been finalized.
Headlining this year’s Downtown Milton Summerfest – set for Saturday, June 1 – is local crooner Gavin McLeod, fresh off the release of his first album Things We Used to Do.
He’ll take the main stage at 7 p.m., capping a full slate of acts that include a wide variety of bands from both Milton and surrounding communities.

Running from 12 to 8 p.m., the festival is put on annually by the Downtown Business Improvement Area, in partnership with the Town of Milton and primary sponsor BMO.
Along with the music, the event features kids activities, vendors, a food truck zone, photo opps and more.
