While initially agreeing to allow the tenants to take their items, the landlord went back into the home and came back out from the garage with a large knife.
He reportedly pointed it at the police and tenants while yelling that the tenants wouldn’t be coming into the house.
Police arrested a 76-year-old Milton man, who has been charged with assault with a weapon and weapon for dangerous purpose.
There were no injuries during the altercation.
