Calling all potential employers.
In partnership with the Halton Industry Education Council, the Halton District School Board is set to host its Cooperative Education Employer Recruitment events to support students with disabilities.
These events offer an opportunity to learn about the HDSB co-op program and the ways in which community employers can support work placement opportunities for students with a range of physical, intellectual and developmental challenges. Participants will hear from current students, employers and teachers, as well as representatives from organizations that support students with disabilities.
Business owners are invited to register here to attend either of the sessions below by May 10.
