The Milton Team Duggan Mortgage Oldstars are once again in the swing of things, gearing up for their annual fundraising golf tournament.
The 36th installment of the event is set for Friday, May 31 at Granite Ridge Golf Club. Tickets – which include golf, cart, gift package and dinner – are $190 and can be purchased here.
Profits from the tournament, and the Oldstars’ fall hockey tournament, have been used to support many worthwhile causes within the community, including the Milton District Hospital Foundation, Community Living North Halton, Rose Cherry's Place and Allendale.
The team has raised over $1-million for these and many other initiatives.
This year's tournament features a variety of special events including the team scramble, the "The King's Ball" competition, closest-to-the-pin, longest drive and an array of prizes in the raffle.
